Yes... It's not manual. I spent 3 months searching for a manual T5 within 300 miles of where I live with no results. It got to the point that I needed a car and this had most of the options I wanted for the right price. It's a daily driver and commuter in Atlanta traffic, so it works for now until I finish collecting the parts for an M66 swap.
