Hello guys!
So as most of you know, I'm pretty active on this forum, whether it is the paddle shifters (which I really need to get working on), M4.4 tuning / hacking or just chit chatting.
I've been so busy with my paddle shifters and with M4.4 hacking that I never really got a chance to show my car.
Well here is my story.
I bought the car in February from member Biased Waffles. Was very excited to start working on it.
Car is 1995 Volvo 850 T-5R in black, bought it with 209,000 miles.
Time to let pictures do the rest.
Here is the car in the parking lot meeting up with biased waffles. That is my dad and biased.
At this point i determined the car wasn't low enough in the rear and I didn't like the rake look.
TKI rear spring perches and some touge work 8in springs.
Next up was an OBX exhaust. I got my exhaust right before the price change... 400 shipped, sold my old cat for 100 and the straight dp for 150, gotta love $150 dollar full stainless exhaust that bolts right on, sounds great and performs great. Also put on a angle exhaust housing!
NA goodies, Cams, intake, tb, etc. Cams are timed properly at (+5exh, -4int).
So this Saturday, Aug 24th, I am leaving for college. I will be studying IMGD(video game design and computer simulation) and minoring in electronics at WPI.
I figured I might as well see if all my hard work paid off this summer and get the car dyno'd.
Dyno Sheet. If you look closely you can see the run only went from 3000-4000RPM the tach input got messed up or something and froze the graph. The dyno operator recovered the max HP and TQ values and wrote them on there in hand writing. Unfortunately I never got to see my curves. Oh well.
That is all for now!
