We just got the first batch of our new Volvo 850/X70 intercooler!
This is a completely new design created by do88 with tanks designed in CAD and tested in CFD software. The core design are selected by us after testing and comparsion of different types.

The intercooler installs instead of OEM intercooler on the same position. It installs together with AC condenser.
This intercooler have an 63mm (2,5”) lower hose connection why its necessary to replace the lower hose to install it instead of OEM intercooler. This hose is included with an option. If you like to have the intercooler for OEM piping we have one hose for that and if you like to install the intercooler together with our 2,5” RIP pipe kit we have another hose for that.
