Hey guys I don't post here all that much but I was hoping for some help recovering some ABL headlights from an 07-09 Volvo S60/V70.
Basically what happened was after spending nearly a year sourcing a good pair of ABLs I finally had some time to figure out what needed to be done to get the lights (not the ABL function) to work in my 05 s60 but we started to get some pretty heavy thunder showers so I put them covered, on my enclosed but unlocked porch (I live in a city but I have never had a problem) to install them the next day. Unfortunately it has been really to hot to do anything outdoors the last few days so my headlights sat there until yesterday. When I left for work at 9:30 they were where I left them but flash forward to 4 when I got home they're missing. Not freaking out yet I call everyone I know who would use my porch, friends, family even neighbors and everyone thinks I am crazy or says they should be still there. As it turns out my 07-09 Volvo S60 ABL headlights have been stolen! A few other things were taken, a jack and some tools so I called the police to file a report but I know statistically it is highly unlikely that the police will recover them.
I have no idea who stole them, or knew what they were there, or even who would know what they would go to (I have a couple of cars). While I know the police are unlikely to recover them I realize there is a very limited market for these headlights and they are a rare item so I am asking the Volvo community to be on the lookout for these.
One of them is engraved, with a non-volvo engraving. The passenger's side has slightly more wear and tear on the eyebrows than the driver's side but was clear otherwise, the driver's side looked pretty much brand new except one of the tabs had slight damaged that wouldn't effect fitment or adjustment.

The plastic cover and yellow tag on the passenger side headlight was removed from the headlight prior to the theft.
If you're not familiar with what I am talking about for perspective I bought my driver's side on eBay in October and just found the passenger's side in July from Car-Part. During that time only 2 or 3 good used drivers side headlights were available and I checked eBay, and Car-Part almost daily. I never saw a set of two working headlights go up for sale.
So please if you see a set for sale, particularly in the Boston area let me know. I greatly appreciate any help.
